Our clients are incredibly important. In fact, we can’t do without them. But our people still come first, second, and third.
It might seem contradictory, but it’s not. When are employees most valuable to clients? Exactly, when they’re feeling good and well-supported.
We do everything, anytime
We have a lot of employees from Poland, and for them, as well as for other workers, we handle everything. We take care of basics like getting a BSN number, affordable housing, a regular salary schedule, and Dutch lessons.
We also make sure they feel comfortable here. They can always call us—whether it’s questions about their taxes or something personal. And if a dentist visit feels a bit daunting, we’ll come along too.
Involved in all aspects
Our employers can count on the same level of involvement from us. This means we understand the company culture, know your ambitions, and have a good sense of what a typical week looks like. This way, we can be involved in every aspect, from quickly filling a vacancy to long-term planning.
