Administrative Assistant (m/f) – Full-time (40 hours) – Den Bosch

We are a leading logistics company based in Den Bosch. Every day, we ensure goods are processed and delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time to customers across the Netherlands and beyond. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Administrative Assistant to join our team.

 

Your Responsibilities

As an administrative assistant, you play a key role in supporting our logistics processes. You’ll work closely with planning, warehouse, and transport teams. Your tasks include:

  • Order entry: accurately entering and processing customer orders

  • Warehouse administration: managing and verifying inbound and outbound goods

  • Driver reception: welcoming drivers and handling the necessary administrative processing

  • Document processing: checking, archiving, and digitally processing transport and warehouse documents

 

What We Ask

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in logistics

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

  • You are accurate, structured, and work independently

  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude

  • Fluent in Dutch and/or English (required)
