What will you do?

As an All-round Woodworking Employee, you play a crucial role in the production process. You ensure that only the highest quality wood is used and processed. Your tasks include:

✔ Inspecting wood – checking for quality and defects;

✔ Cutting wood – sizing it according to specifications;

✔ Final product inspection – ensuring everything meets the standards;

✔ Following the production process – ensuring efficiency;

✔ Preparing wood – making sure materials are available on time;

✔ Processing rejected wood – ensuring proper handling.

What do we offer?

✅ 4-day workweek: full-time salary while working only 4 days! You get a different day off each week;

✅ Fixed working hours: 07:00 to 16:30, so you have plenty of free time;

✅ Starting salary from €16.11 per hour;

✅ Opportunity for a permanent contract: if there is a good mutual fit, you will quickly transition to a direct contract with the company;

✅ Small and close-knit team of 8 people, where teamwork and job satisfaction are key;

Who are you?

✔ You are precise and enjoy working with wood;

✔ You are physically fit and like to get things done;

✔ You speak Dutch and/or English (preferred);

✔ You are a team player but can also work independently;

✔ Living in the Venlo region.
