For our client in Culemborg, we are looking for an Estimator.

Our client is a leading player in the soft services sector of facility management, including cleaning, catering, security, (digital) printing systems, landscaping, and textile management. They offer services such as consulting, tenders, contract management, quality assurance, and interim management.

To support the growing portfolio of projects and clients, they are expanding their Calculation and Contract Management team. This department is the beating heart of the organization and consists of a team leader and two estimators.

Your Role as an Estimator

Are you experienced in cost estimation, or are you an Excel expert who loves working with numbers? Do you recognize yourself in qualities such as accuracy, analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving? Then this versatile role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Gathering, measuring, and structuring data on-site;

• Entering data and updates into the calculation system;

• Preparing labor and cost estimations;

• Providing proactive input and advice on internal and client-related opportunities;

• Answering client inquiries and explaining technical calculation details;

• Creating customized cleaning programs for clients and prospects.

What We Expect from You:

• MBO+ work and thinking level;

• 3-4 years of experience as an estimator is a plus;

• Basic knowledge of cost estimation (or willingness to take a course);

• Strong Excel skills; experience with Profit (Afas) is a plus;

• Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written;

• Experience in the facility services sector is an advantage.
