Export Forwarder

As an Export Forwarder, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely transportation of goods. You play a crucial role in optimizing the entire transport process and ensuring the accurate, prompt, and complete execution of export-related tasks.

Position in the Organization

You report directly to the Team Leader Export Forwarding and work closely with carriers and internal departments.

Tasks and Responsibilities

•Outsourcing transport orders to carriers;

•Ensuring seamless and timely handling of export shipments;

•Optimal use of automated systems in line with agreed working methods;

•Receiving and guiding carriers and adjusting transport orders as needed;

•Preparing and monitoring the daily planning schedule;

•Overseeing transport costs and efficient route planning;

•Actively communicating with carriers via phone and email and maintaining relationships with all parties involved.
