Quality Officer

For our client in Oss, we are looking for a Quality Officer. As a Quality Officer, you will share responsibility for maintaining the high-quality standards of the products.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the quality of produced products and the conditions under which production takes place;
• Systematically sampling articles and assessing them based on quality aspects;
• Systematically storing and analyzing obtained data;
• Conducting regular incoming inspections of raw materials and auxiliary materials, as well as checks on blocked products;
• Assisting with the registration and analysis of complaints and returned goods;
• Providing training to production employees and answering their questions;
• Assisting with the introduction of new articles by conducting qualitative and functional tests.

Requirements:

• Minimum MBO+ (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking;
• Analytical skills and a creative mindset;
• Preferably a few years of experience in a similar role in a production environment;
• Accuracy, flexibility, independence, stress resistance, initiative, perseverance, and strong communication skills;
• Proficient in data entry using computer programs;
• A strong sense of quality and understanding of production processes;
• Excellent planning skills, quick comprehension, stress resistance, and a sense of responsibility;
• Proficiency in the Polish language is a plus.
