For our client in Oss, we are looking for a shift supervisor in injection molding.

Our client develops, produces, and sells injection-molded packaging, primarily for the food industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing the work distribution within the shift;

• Supervising the execution of tasks;

• Ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations;

• Coordinating with the technical department;

• Monitoring the production process;

• Assessing product quality by conducting spot checks;

• Proposing improvements in the production process;

• Training new employees.

Your Profile:

• MBO degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics;

• Experience in injection molding is a plus;

• Leadership skills;

• A collegial attitude and strong teamwork skills;

• Good verbal and written command of the Dutch language;

• Proficiency in English is desirable.
