Team Leader Crossdock – 3 Shifts

For our client in Uden, we are looking for a Team Leader Crossdock.

As a team leader, you are the first point of contact for approximately 15 employees. You will work in a three-shift schedule with working hours from 3:15 PM to 12:00 AM / 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM / 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Responsibilities include:

•Managing and guiding your team;

•Organizing and supervising tasks;

•Supporting the Warehouse Manager;

•Conducting performance and absenteeism meetings.

Profile:

•You have MBO(+) working and thinking level;

•You have a strong personality and are highly stress-resistant;

•You have a flexible attitude combined with flexible working hours;

•You have a good command of Dutch and English.

What we offer:

•A good work-life balance;

•A fixed salary, excluding overtime, between €2875 and €3783 (in accordance with the CAO);

•Shift allowance of 11.25%;

•No weekend shifts;

•Direct employment contract;

•Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (11 km to 35 km one-way);

•A contract based on your available hours;

•24 vacation days plus 3.5 ATV days (based on full-time employment);
