Your Role

As a transport planner, you ensure that goods are delivered efficiently and on time within the Benelux, Germany, and France. You will work closely with colleagues in planning, customer care, and the warehouse, as well as the dispatch department in Poland. Thanks to your structured approach and proactive attitude, logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What Will You Do?

• Coordinate and optimize transport routes within the Benelux, Germany, and France;

• Process and verify trip data and transport orders in the system;

• Anticipate and resolve unexpected logistical challenges;

• Communicate with drivers, warehouses, and internal departments regarding changes and improvements;

• Monitor transport performance and make adjustments where needed;

• Assist with invoicing and reporting;

• Handle ad-hoc issues during on-call services, ensuring smooth resolution.

Your Profile

• Minimum MBO-4 or HBO degree in transport, logistics, or a related field;

• At least 3 years of experience in transport planning;

• Knowledge of the logistics sector within the Benelux, Germany, and France is a plus;

• Residing near Oss (max. 15 km);

• Excellent command of Dutch, German, and English;

• Solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and strong communication skills;

• Proficient in logistics ICT systems and quick to learn new software;

• A proactive and flexible work attitude with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
