What will you do?

As Team Leader Service Center, you are the driving force behind the daily operations. You ensure efficient execution of tasks, prepare and implement the annual planning for quality measurements, and lead your team. You are the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues, and you safeguard the quality and continuity of the service provided.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing employees within the Service Center.

  • Accurate and timely data processing and reporting using VSR-KMS software.

  • Responsible for written and phone correspondence with customers and suppliers.

  • Preparing and monitoring the annual planning for quality measurements.

  • Preparing and providing measurement reports and layouts for quality inspectors.

  • Handling administrative follow-up, reporting, and archiving of correspondence and conversations.

  • Contributing to HR policies by conducting development, performance, and appraisal interviews.

  • Identifying training needs and drafting training plans.

  • Managing office matters such as cleaning, promotional gifts, and facility tasks.

 

What do you bring?

  • Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.

  • Demonstrable experience in a leadership role.

  • Good command of Dutch and English.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with MS Office and digital systems.

  • A proactive and connecting attitude with an eye for quality and structure.
